Quantum Armor Proficency
This gives you the ability to wear powered armor. Power armor gives +1 AC and +1 speed in excess of the normal for all types of armor, be they cloth, light, or heavy. Each also grants an additional power.
- Cloth: Daily- Gain damage reduction 5 until end of encounter against all damage. If +3 or +4, 10. If +5 or +6, 15.
- Light: Encounter- You gain a tech bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to the enhancment bonus of this armor with quantum weapons until the beginning of your next turn.
- Heavy: Encounter- Reaction: Trigger, When hit by an attack, add this armor’s enhancment bonus to the attacked defense until the end of your next turn as a tech bonus.
Quantum weapons require both a proficency feat, and that you be wearing quantum armor proficently. All quantum weapons are High Crit, Brutal 2 weapons that can be magically enchanted.
For the purpose of feats and abilities, treat this weapon as a hand crossbow. It deals 1d8 damage.
This weapon requires a full round action to reload. It deals 3d8 damage in a blast 3.
For the purpose of feats and abilities, treat this weapon as a bow. It deals 1d12 damage.
